All prints are made to order.

Production time typically takes:

• New Zealand orders: 10 - 14 business days

• International orders: 14 - 30 business days

Please note that production time is separate from shipping time.

SHIPPING TIMES

Delivery times vary depending on destination and courier services.

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times may vary due to:

• courier delays

• customs processing

• weather conditions

• local postal service operations

Because of this, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

PACKAGING

All prints are carefully packaged in protective mailing tubes to minimise damage during transit.

Prints are sold unframed unless otherwise stated.

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact flower boys within 7 days of delivery so we can investigate the issue with the courier.

When reporting damaged items, photos of the damage and packaging may be required.
