Returns & Refund Policy

Because all prints are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or if the wrong item is sent, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your print arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email us at flowerboys.ck@gmail.com with photos of the damage and packaging.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement where appropriate.

Lost Orders

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.

Refunds

Refunds may be issued if:
• an item arrives damaged and cannot be replaced
• the wrong item was sent and cannot be replaced
• the order is confirmed lost in transit

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the item. To exercise this right, please contact us at flowerboys.ck@gmail.com.
